Local shipping is free and fulfilled by Ninja Van, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. For international orders, shipping is handled by Singapore Post and may take 30-45 days to arrive. Overview
Our refund and returns policy has a duration of 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we regretfully cannot provide a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original unopened packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure to include a receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process. Kindly note that you should not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
In case you haven’t received the refund yet, we recommend checking your bank account and contacting your credit card company as there might be a delay in the posting of the refund. Additionally, reaching out to your bank can provide further insights as there may be some processing time involved.
Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds, and sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes items may arrive defective or damaged, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We offer exchanges only for such cases where the item is defective or damaged. Our customer support team will assist you with the necessary steps to facilitate the exchange process.
Shipping returns
To initiate the return process, please send an email to contact@flycycle.sg. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. The delivery time for your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
